I like Natalie Goldberg’s suggestion, which I read at 3 AM to distract myself from bats, to write about something you’re obsessed with.
I’ve also had fun with the prompt: I’m the stupidest person in this room because…
And I’ve been wanting to try telling one’s life story in six words… have you seen that site? Not sure that would qualify as freewriting though.
